At Volbor Store, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
Return Window
Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and original contents must be included.

Products showing signs of use, wear, scratches, physical damage, or mishandling by the customer may only qualify for a partial refund or may not be eligible for return.
Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
For any claim regarding:

Damaged products

Missing items

Wrong products received

Defective products
Customers must provide a clear and unedited parcel opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
No refund, return, replacement, or exchange request will be entertained without a valid parcel opening video.
Return Process
Within Lahore
Our delivery team may arrange collection of the product at no additional cost.
Outside Lahore
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at volborstore@gmail.com.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

The product is returned with signs of use.

Original packaging or accessories are missing.

The item has minor customer-caused damage.
The refund amount will be determined after inspection by Volbor Store.
Non-Returnable Items
